Physical Products

The physical products we sell, unless individually specified differently on their own sales page, each carry an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee of satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products and return it within 30-days of purchase, we will happily and gladly refund your purchase price, immediately, upon receipt of the returned product.  In that case, you are responsible for paying to ship the product back to us. 

Electronic Products (downloadables)

The electronic products we sell, unless individually specified differently on their own sales page, each carry an unconditional 90-day money back guarantee of satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with one of our electronic products and request a refund for it within 90-days of purchase, we will happily and gladly refund your purchase price, immediately, upon request.  You must request a refund by email or mail, and specify the date of purchase, your name and email address, as well as method of payment for the product.  When you request a refund, you are also promising us that you have deleted all copies of the electronic product in your possession, with the exception of any free bonus items that were provided with the product.  The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.  That is - if you pay us by Paypal, we will refund your money to the same Paypal address. In any case, we will refund your purchase price without question, and in a timely manner, usually the same day we receive your request for a refund.
