Bill and Lou, Inc., ships all international orders by Air Mail. Air Mail Shipping ensures faster delivery (6-8 days) than overseas Surface Shipping (6-8 weeks), at a comparable cost.

IMPORTANT! For all International orders: We require a copy of the cardholder's signature before we will ship. The signature may be faxed to 419-301-3601. Or click here to e-mail the signature as a digital image file. Alternatively, you can mail your signature to our postal address.

2. Use the charges listed in the tables above for the selected Shipping address and method. Compute the total Shipping charge by adding up the charges for each product ordered. International Shipping charges are computed in the same way, using the charges for the appropriate shipping address--Canada or Rest of the World.

If the customer decided to add a second $15 book to the same order, the total shipping charge would be: $15 list price + $5 Priority Air Mail shipping (for the first book) + $15 list price + $2 Air Mail shipping (for the second book) = $37.00.

3. E-mail Bill and Lou or telephone us at 419-989-4656 to authorize us to charge the Shipping fees to your credit card. Please be sure to include complete credit card information with your request.

To have your order shipped by Priority Air Mail (Domestic U.S. and International orders) or Overnight (Domestic U.S. orders only), contact Bill and Lou by e-mail or phone within 48 hours after you place your order. Before we ship your order using a paid Shipping method, you must authorize us to charge the appropriate Shipping fees to your credit card.

All Domestic U.S. orders are sent by Standard Surface Shipping (FREE) unless you request one of the optional shipping methods. Shipping charges for all International orders must be paid prior to shipment.
